CANCELLATION policy: We reserved this time especially for you on each individual employees schedule. If you are unable to keep the appointment please let us know as soon a possible by calling | texting | emailing to reschedule. Cancelling 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time will waive the 50% of scheduled service(s) amount fee. Cancellations that fall within the 24 hour time period will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) total price; same day cancellations & no shows. A no show will be charged (same day) 50% to the account it was book underneath; if there is a credit card on file we will collect from that card. If we were unable to collect the amount it will remain until paid prior to your next scheduled service.
Due to the hit of covid-19 to the salon industry, as well as the impact it has had to our employees, we can not waive our Same Day cancellation fee for those who: are exposed or tested positive for any contagious conditions (covid-19, influenza A, influenza B etc). We also require you to reschedule until you are un-contagious to keep our squad safe and their families at home. Thank you for understanding and respecting our Stylist's time and talent that was reserved especially for you.
SALON SERVICES policy: We do not offer refunds on services but can offer a solution.
If you have recieve a color service we can guarentee your color if you are currently using Davines Shampoo & Conditioner.
CHILDREN policy: We love children! Our environment is just not kid friendly enough. If possible we would love for our Adults to enjoy the escape of our salon from their everyday lives. If this is not possible, but you are in for a short timed service, we ask for Kiddos to have an adult who will be attending to them. This will keep our other clients & staff stress free.
AGE for SERVICES: We cut the hair of 10 years or older. This is for the safety of our stylist|barbers as well as the children. Services will end if any of our younger clients are not able to sit still while getting services.
